Clubs

We are very excited to be launching some new after school clubs this Summer Term. Our aim is to provide as much variety as possible so that there is something for everyone.  Most of the clubs are accessible to all children aged between the ages of 5 and 11. 

Fitt4 Football

Monday 3.30-4.30

Children will be split into two groups: KS1 and KS2 Please make sure that your child brings their PE kit. 

Enterprise

Monday 3.30-4.30 in Class 1. 

Run by Mrs Harris - children will be given £1 and taught how to develop enterprise skills to 'make it grow' i.e. make a profit. 

Multi Skills

Tuesday 3.30-4.30

Please remember to bring your PE kit to school.  Suitable for all ages. 

Cheerleading

Wednesday 3.30-4.30

Run by Feet 2 Beat school of dance. http://feet2beatschoolofdance.weebly.com

Children will need PE kit.  The coaches are keen to develop a competition team who can participate in local events. 

Forest School

Wednesday 3.30-4.30

Run by Miss Clayphan and Mrs Beasley. 

Forest School is an inspirational process, that offers ALL learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in a woodland or natural environment with trees.

Forest School is a specialised learning approach that sits within and compliments the wider context of outdoor and woodland education.

Dance

Thursday 3.30-4.30

Run by Miss Eleanor from Kimberley Performing Arts Centre in Class 1.

Glass Painting

Run by Ms Albans-Heseltine on Thursdays 3.30-4.30 in Class 2. 

Children will explore glass painting - we are looking forward to seeing the finished articles!

Computing

Run by Mrs Bassindale on Fridays 3.30-4.30 in Class 1

Come and explore how to create Algorithms to design new games, using websites such as http://code-it.co.uk and scratch.
